- Develop and execute an integrated, strategic annual plan for public relations and social media to align with the hotel's business objectives.
- Lead proactive and creative programs that identify and leverage unique, newsworthy opportunities to elevate the hotel's presence.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local, regional and international media and influencers to generate consistent coverage.
- Pitch targeted story ideas, organize media visits, coordinate interviews, and host familiarization trips to highlight the hotel's offerings.
- Act as a strategic advisor on reputation management, monitoring public attitudes and managing issues or crisis communications.
- Oversee and innovate the hotel's digital and social media strategy, curating engaging content that reflects our brand's DNA.
- Manage all property social media channels, increasing follower engagement and elevating the brand's digital presence.
- Actively co-manage the hotel's proprietary website, ensuring content is current, aligned with business goals and optimized for SEO.
- Lead the hotel's paid media strategy and manage agency partners to improve digital performance
- Collaborate with the F&B and Spa teams to shape promotional strategies that drive revenue growth
- Coordinate with third-party agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing opportunities for exposure.
- Manage content for third-party platforms and partner websites to ensure accurate representation of the hotel.
- Maintain a comprehensive image library to ensure consistent, high-quality visual representation.
- Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Pursue and integrate user-generated content, collaborating with influencers and content creators and leveraging social media tools effectively.
- Lead community relations, CSR initiatives, and internal communications to strengthen the hotel's reputation as a valued community partner.
- Serve as a liaison with corporate communications teams, pitching stories and engaging in group-wide initiatives.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in public relations, social media, or marketing communications, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Strong media relations experience with established connections that deliver measurable results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create compelling narratives.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, including photography and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and analytics tools to monitor and optimize performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and excel under pressure.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and managing third-party agencies and vendors.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English. Desirable Spanish or Portuguese.
