Descripción

Reporting to the Commercial Director and working for Spain and France:

• Increase the sales of the customers and improve the profitability of the company.
• Develop their sense of belonging to the company as aspirational brand.
• Generate training and educational content based on bibliography, studies, and develop presentations and materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department in the creation of protocols and technical training.
• Provide continuous training to any member of the company (sales representatives, Customer Service, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a link with major accounts and opinion leaders in conjunction with General Management and the sales team.
• Analyze the results and the effectiveness of the training strategy through a number of indicators

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• University degree in Optometry.
• More than 4 years of experience working in Professional Affairs within the optical sector.
• C1 level of French is a must. This role will be working for France for half of the working time.
• Willingness to travel around 30% of the time.
• Good communication skills, persuasive, and a team player.
