Our client is a manufacturer of truck-mounted cranes, offering innovative lifting solutions for transport and logistics sectors. The company focuses on safety, efficiency, and advanced technology to support professional operators worldwide.

Descripción

  • Map the current customer portfolio and identify opportunities for growth within this base.
  • Identify and onboard new customers to establish them as loyal Company brand users.
  • Execute the existing attack plan for Spain and develop a playbook detailing the step-by-step process for the 5-year growth journey.
  • Set and monitor specific short- and long-term revenue targets aligned with Company's growth strategy.
  • Identify potential partners to ensure nationwide coverage and establish agreements.
  • Collaborate with relevant support functions to enhance the skills and capabilities within the dealer network.
  • Analyse the market to determine the optimal sales coverage strategy.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales force of the appropriate size to meet strategic goals.
  • Ensure the CRM system is fully populated with accurate data and actively used.
  • Train the sales team to maximise the system's capabilities.
  • Define and track KPIs derived from the CRM system to measure performance.
  • Establish and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value, supported by CRM data insights.
  • Key account management, fostering strong relationships and driving growth with key customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer retention by addressing feedback and fostering trust through exceptional customer service.
  • Development and maintenance of the dealer and service network to achieve nationwide coverage and high service standards.
  • Performance tracking, reporting, and establishing KPIs to measure and ensure success.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • 5+ years in commercial Areas.
  • Proven track record of business growth with measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B sales processes and TCO methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Knowledge of the TMC (Truck-Mounted Cranes) or truck industry. (Nice to have)
