Novameat, based in Barcelona, is shaping a new culinary tradition, providing food makers with a new generation of protein cuts, with a unique texture and made of plant-based ingredients. We're looking for a passionate and articulate Content Creator to join our Marketing team and help us share our story. 

About the role

As the Content Creator, you will play a key role in crafting compelling narratives and curating engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for developing content that showcases the versatility of our protein cuts, highlights our commitment to quality and sustainability, and fosters connections within the food community.

Key responsibilities

This role is focused on creating compelling content for social media, website, and other marketing materials, all produced in-house using company equipment. You will be proficient in using a Blackmagic BMPCC6k video camera, 3-point lighting setups, and other provided equipment. 

• Develop and produce visually engaging video and photo content, ensuring brand consistency. 
• Organize and execute culinary and product photo and video shoots, collaborating closely with chefs and coordinating seamlessly with other teams. 
• Proactively stay informed on industry trends and conduct thorough research to generate original and impactful content ideas.

Who we're looking for

• Demonstrated confidence in working independently to manage shootings and collaboratively within teams, adapting effectively to company workflows. 
• A strong ability to adapt to our evolving branding style and maintain brand consistency. 
• An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics and a solid foundation of technical knowledge using a video camera and studio lighting setup. 
• Proven experience in editing with DaVinci Resolve. 
• A natural aptitude for storytelling and scriptwriting compelling narratives. 
• A commitment to continuous learning in photo and video production, editing techniques, and social media trends. 
• You have a passion for food and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in a related field, ideally in audiovisuals, marketing, communications, or graphic design. 
• Proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. 
• Based in the Barcelona metropolitan area and able to work primarily from our offices to facilitate team collaboration. We offer flexibility for occasional remote work when needed.
