Our team plays a central role in supporting customers before, during, and after their purchase, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and truly valued at every stage of their journey. This is a relationship-driven role where your knowledge, voice, and impact genuinely matter - not a traditional call-centre environment.
As a key member of our growing team, you’ll manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions. From responding to enquiries and preparing quotes to processing orders and resolving queries, you’ll be the person our customers rely on. You’ll also work closely with our Sales colleagues, using your understanding of our products and services to act as a vital link between teams and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Respond to customer questions about our products and services
- Record and process quotes and orders, including custom and special orders
- Make calls (by telephone or other channel) to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships.
- Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries / complaints
- Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM
- Provide exceptional service to customers to encourage continued use of Survitec’s products and services
Essential Criteria
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
- Proven experience in a customer service–focused role
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships while delivering customer-centric solutions
- Native-level proficiency in Spanish
- Fluency in French
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience within the marine industry is an advantage
