About the Role

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking two experienced consultants to join a strategic technology initiative as Business Analyst / Project Manager.

This role sits within a high-performing Business Management & Change team, driving digital transformation across technology, operations, and data functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to analyse, design, and deliver control solutions.
• Take a consulting-led approach to understand complex business problems and propose effective functional/technical solutions.
• Define and refine user stories, manage backlogs, and support Agile delivery.
• Implement robust IT project governance, risk management, and RAID reporting processes.
• Act as a central point of contact across cross-functional teams.
• Consolidate and prioritise requirements before progressing into detailed project planning.
• Represent IT functions in management steering committees and workgroups.
• Support the design and delivery of operational technology solutions, including automation, KPI/KRI frameworks, and management dashboards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven Agile project management and business analysis experience (Scrum, Jira, user stories, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Background in technology and data-driven project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with process automation, metrics dashboards, or operations technology solutions.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and representing IT at senior levels.
