Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Sales Lead based in Barcelona, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships and partnerships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Lead will communicate the vision of The Home of Pioneers, showcase the unique value of its properties, and represent the organization at events and client meetings and retreats. Other responsibilities include negotiating and closing contracts, maintaining client records, and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Consultative
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, partnership building and client relationship management
Having network in the space of UHNW families, B-Corps and/or boutique and MICE travel sector in Europe
- Negotiation, Networking, and Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of the impact space (investing/philanthropy), sustainability, climate and bioregional regeneration
- Organizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of the boutique hospitality or MICE tourism industry and a passion for regenerative living and sustainability is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional proficiency in Catalan is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Affinity with event organisation and group process facilitation is a plus
