📄 Job Description

• Reporting to the Supply department, as a Business Analyst, your main tasks will be to design, improve, maintain and communicate reports and analyses to enable Veepee operations to be managed smoothly
  
  
  

🎯 TASKS

• To produce complex analyses on the development of key metrics, correlations, impacts, etc., taking information from internal and/or external sources to help function owners drive their domains
• To create, produce, maintain and distribute the recurrent reports required by the parties
• To create presentations including available internal and/or external data to facilitate the monitoring of developments or the communication of variations or analysis results
• To design, implement and maintain dashboards in Microstrategy, the Group's BI tool, to improve the global data and information availability
• To define the Group's Ops KPIs, coordinating efforts with the rest of the stakeholders, in particular the Business Analysts and Function Owners within Ops
• To coordinate reporting efforts between different domains to help prioritise and avoid duplications or overlaps
  
  
  

👉 MUST HAVE skills

• Higher education, such as a 5-year degree from an engineering or business school
• You have a first experience in Supply Chain or a similar Business Analyst role
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are curious and have good interpersonal skills
• You have good presentation skills
• You are comfortable with systems and are able to interact with the people involved
• You have a solid knowledge of Excel and have already worked with a data visualisation tool
