HR TECHNICIAN (Part-time, permanent contract)

We are looking for an HR professional to join our team and support smooth and efficient HR operations. This person will mainly contribute to recruitment, attendance and general HR administration.

Our goal is to foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support the company’s people strategy to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational success.

What you will do

• Support the full recruitment process: job postings, interview coordination, background checks, visa processes etc.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Help organize training sessions and track employee development.
• Act as a point of contact for employee questions, engagement initiatives, and support conflict resolution.
• Help manage other internal HR projects and activities.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and ethics.
• Proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work across multiple priorities and contribute to process improvement.

Your background

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent professional training).
• Solid experience in HR administration and recruitment.
• Familiarity with HR software tools (Odoo or similar), and office tools (Excel, Word…).
• Strong English conversational skills are essential.
• Spanish is ideal to understand and apply local labor regulations.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
