Your New Role
Strategic Senior Marketing Manager with extensive experience in the movie and entertainment industry, specializing in film marketing, theatrical releases, and digital campaigns. Proven ability to lead high-impact marketing strategies that drive audience engagement, build up outstanding marketing campaign, and budget responsibility. Strong leadership, creative vision, and data-driven mindset.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Film Marketing & Theatrical Release Campaigns
- Budget Management & ROI Analysis
- Media Planning & Advertising (ATL & BTL)
- Audience Targeting & Consumer Insights
- Brand Development
- Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing
- Content Strategy & Storytelling
- Cross-Functional & Creative Team Leadership
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategies for theatrical and digital film releases, managing campaigns from pre-launch to post-release.
- Develop integrated marketing plans including trailers, key art, social media, influencer partnerships, and paid media.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, filmmakers, talent, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Manage marketing budgets, optimizing media spend to maximize box office and audience reach.
- Analyze market trends, audience data, and campaign performance to refine positioning and targeting strategies.
- Coordinate international relationship and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for film releases and special events.
- Support franchise development and long-term brand positioning for key titles.
- Manage social media presence, digital activations, and partnerships with media platforms.
- Work closely with sales, distribution, and PR teams to align marketing and commercial objectives.
Skills and Experience Required
- English – Fluent
- Strong understanding of film audiences and entertainment market dynamics
- Experience working at a senior level in a marketing role within a film/entertainment or media agency background
- Experience leading marketing strategies for theatrical and digital film releases,
- Experience working with creative talent and international stakeholders
- Passion for cinema, storytelling, and pop culture
