We are looking for a Manager AI with strong expertise in Generative AI to join our Technology team in Madrid. You will lead complex multi-disciplinary client projects, shaping and delivering GenAI-powered solutions that unlock business value across different industries. You will work with advanced architectures, foundational models, and modern AI engineering practices to help organizations explore, adopt, and scale Generative AI.

Skills

As a Manager in Accenture, you have +5 years of experience in AI related technologies (Tratidional and Generative AI) and:
- Have experience leading teams and client facing activities
- Have exceptional presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions
- Are a role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture Analyst and Consultants
- Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients
- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership, accountability for your output and commitment to the task.

Technical Skills

Knowledge and experience in Generative AI:
- - Relevant Generative AI use cases in business processes
- GenAI Architecture and technical capabilities: Prompt engineering, model tuning strategies (RAG/embeddings, fine-tuning,...), backend (agents, orchestration, persistence...), etc.
- GenAI foundational models: Hyperscalers (Azure, Google), and other Open Source models

- Knowledge and experience in other Data & AI domains is desirable:
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning and other data science skills. (NLP, CV, GenAI, RL, AVs..)
- Data architecture, Data Management, Data Governance, Operating models...
- Frameworks IA: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Langchain, Dialog Flow, Rasa...
- Cloud Service IA: AWS, GCP, AZURE...
- Microservices: Docker, Kubernetes
- Languajes: Python, Java or R.
