Nomad Girls Club is a vibrant community of adventurous women who travel, connect, and empower one another around the globe. We curate experiences—from city meetups to multi-day retreats—that inspire personal growth, cultural exchange, and lifelong friendships. Our next flagship event is coming up this summer, and we’re looking for a creative, driven Marketing Intern to help us make it our most successful yet.

Role Description

This is a unpaid full time Marketing Intern role based in Barcelona. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for all the marketing communication (strategic communications, social media, collaboration, and public relations materials). The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to marketing communications within the vibrant NGC community.

What You’ll Do:

• Social Media & Content Creation: Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok; create engaging graphics and short videos.
• Event Promotion: Develop email campaigns, coordinate with partners/influencers, and manage ticketing funnels to boost registrations.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs; grow our online community by +10% during your internship.
• Market Research & Analytics: Track campaign performance (social, email, ads), produce weekly reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Creative Support: Brainstorm guerrilla marketing ideas, assist in copywriting for blogs and newsletters, and help prepare press kits.

What We’re Looking For

• Enrolled in (or recent graduate of) a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related program.
• Strong written English; bonus points for Portuguese or other languages.
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for travel, culture, and women’s empowerment.
