Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Crew (Pilots) at PHS Aviation, based in BARCELONA. Pilots will be responsible for safely operating flights, conducting pre-flight checks, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring aircraft systems, collaborating with ground staff for efficient flight logistics, and ensuring a professional and safe experience for passengers. Pilots will also participate in regular training and maintain up-to-date certifications to meet regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

Type rated Bombardier Learjet 45 / Cessna Citation 550

• Proven experience with flying and operational knowledge, including EASA licensing as required for commercial pilots
• Strong understanding of aviation safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with crew, ground staff, and air traffic controllers
• Proficiency in English for clear communication; additional language skills are an asset
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs
• Previous experience with executive aviation or private jet service is a plus
• Commitment to maintaining all required certifications through regular training
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
