We’re looking for a born creator: someone who lives to write, film, and publish, who can turn ideas into viral stories without waiting for permission, and who sees startups and AI not just as industries but as movements they want to be part of.

This isn’t a typical “content role”: it’s like becoming the director & productor of a movie & a book writer that requires to shoot and publish every day.

What you’ll do

• Write founder-focused newsletters for Product Market Fit and The AI Opportunity.
• Create and edit video content (shorts, clips, interviews, deep-dives).
• Manage and grow multiple social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Use AI tools to speed up writing, editing, and creativity.
• Work autonomously: you won’t be waiting for me to tell you what to make — you’ll spot ideas, execute fast, and ship content daily.
• Tell stories that help founders grow and help VCs back the best AI companies.

Who you are

• A creator first: you love writing, filming, editing, and experimenting.
• Early in your career but with the portfolio or skills to show you can deliver.
• You get startups, tech, and venture capital (or you’re obsessed with learning about them).
• Autonomous, fast, and resourceful — you can take an idea and run with it without hand-holding.
• Comfortable making content that can go viral and resonate with founders + VCs.

Requisites to apply

• You already run a YouTube channel, TikTok, or other video outlet (show us your storytelling and editing skills).
• You have a newsletter, blog, or consistent writing project (we need to see your writing).
• You’ve managed or grown at least one social media account (personal or brand) with visible traction.
• You can share one piece of content you’re proud of — viral or niche, but something that shows your best work.
• You use AI tools in your creative workflow and can explain how.
• You’re autonomous: you can spot opportunities, create content, and publish without waiting for instructions.
• You’re genuinely interested in startups, venture capital, or AI, and it shows in your work or curiosi
