- Proven success in loyalty/retention within industries like retail, hospitality, banking, or telecom (mobile apps & subscriptions a plus).
- Ability to design and deliver effective retention strategies.
- Strong CRM, analytics, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills.
