Applaudable is redesigning what social media should be—centered on meaning, not metrics. We’re building a platform for people to recognize, preserve, and share the moments that actually matter.

We’re looking for a Product/UX/UI Designer to lead the full product design process. This role spans strategy to execution: product planning, UX flows, design validation, feature ideation, optimization, and clean UI delivery. You’ll work directly with the founder and a small, focused team to shape every aspect of the user experience.

What you’ll own:

• Product planning – Work cross-functionally to shape roadmap and translate vision into features
• UX design & validation – Define flows, wireframes, and prototypes; drive clarity through testing
• Feature ideation & optimization – Lead design for new product concepts and refine existing ones
• UI design – Deliver pixel-perfect, on-brand, mobile-first designs across all user-facing surfaces
• Design systems – Help evolve and scale a modern, cohesive design language

You’re right for this if:

• You’ve shipped high-quality consumer products (ideally 0→1)
• You’re just as comfortable in FigJam as you are in Figma
• You push for clarity and momentum—especially when details are still forming
• You hold a high bar for execution, but know when to move fast
• You want to build something that shapes culture, not just usability
