What you will do:
- Translate machine learning insights into actionable trading and market recommendations
- Design, implement, and operate data-centric use cases for trading in a cloud-based environment
- Collaborate with the company-wide Data & Analytics community and promote analytics to business stakeholders
- Shape and develop the Advanced Analytics use case portfolio across Europe
- Apply state-of-the-art machine learning, optimization, and simulation techniques to maximize business impact
- Engage with trading desks to support profit generation and create insights using explainers, model/data drift, and causality concepts

What you bring & who you are:
- Master´s degree in Data Science, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, or 2-3 years of equivalent practical experience (must-have)
- Highly proficient in Python and SQL (must-have)
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, time series analysis, and their application in trading systems (must-have)
- Ability to quickly prototype, critically analyze, and deliver creative, pragmatic solutions (must-have)
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong conceptual skills (must-have)
- Team player, open to collaboration and knowledge sharing (must-have)
- Fluent in English (must-have)
