RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• OnePack BCM rules update: ZA + AU rules to be entered. Regular meetings with local TRN responsible to transform regulatory requirements into rules to be used by PackDev team.
• Review TradeMark lines with the Legal team to ensure the requirements are captured in the system.
• Assist US/CA team in finalizing the correct set up for NAM Region.
• Manage the missing QR info on-line: follow up the IT team research to fix issues for transferring the correct information through the systems. AW check, formula information check in DEVEX.
• InRiver PIM information update for the correct display of nutritional information on-line.
• Updated the reports generated by Themis AI to train the AI engine for better accuracy during the AW checks.
• Maintain and update the Standard Product Certificate database in Sharepoint and OnePack.
• Participate in the automated SPC project to create product certificates from DEVEX.
  
  

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• Experience working in OnePack for packaging development is a key point as bringing the understanding of the relations needed between regulatory rules and artwork development.
• University degree in a technical field.
• Language Skills: Fluent English.
• Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the systems of other areas of the company where Technical Regulatory is involved: DEVEX, InRiver, Sharepoint, OnePack, Themis AI.
• Preferred: experience in Bacardi Packaging Development Team as Artwork Developer / Participation in meetings for BCM continuous improvement
