Cas Training, a reference company with more than 20 years in technology consulting, outsourcing and specialized training, selects a Microsoft 365 Development Consultant for an important international project 100% remote. As Modern Workplace Software Developer, we are looking fot a Software Engineer with a focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, or similar products.

Experience: At least 3 years.

Modality: 100% remote.

Functions:
- Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
- Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.
- Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.
- Deep understanding of: Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in one or more of the following workloads Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, Business Central, Power Apps Commercial cloud offerings, ideally Microsoft´s cloud platform, as well as competitive knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystems.
- Leverage your understanding of complex data analysis and modeling to ensure the project teams and clients can successfully extract value from their data.
- Support hypothesis generation and testing, exploratory analysis, data preparation for statistical modelling/machine learning/deep learning, building machine learning or deep learning models and model interpretations.

Tech Skills:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Teams Development
- Deep understanding of: Deep technical experience in Office 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Security, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture.
- Have one of the following Associate Certifications (or equivalent): Developer Associate (MS-600), Security Administrator Associate (MS-500), Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
- Medium level of English.
