The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Advanced Manufacturing Madrid & Advanced Manufacturing Barcelona team.

The main focus of this role is to support in the execution of the marketing campaigns promoting both of the trade exhibitions, as well as supporting on the marketing for the digital platforms. We are looking for someone who has a strong content first approach.

Growth opportunity in this sector and portfolio is exciting, the candidate therefore needs to be ambitious, agile and reactive, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Exhibitor activation including phone calls, emailing, material production
• Website updates
• Monthly Newsletter production
• Social Media execution
  
  
  

Essential Criteria:

• Fluent English
• Good communication skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Criteria:

• Wordpress
• Emailing programmes such as mailchimp / SFMC/ other
• Video edition tools
• Design tools
• Event experience not necessary though it would be preferred
