Key Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.
- Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones.
- Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution.
- Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.
- Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Follow established operational procedures for incident management.
- Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate information.
- Propose process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.
Technical Competencies
- Minimum B2 level of English required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident logging and prioritization.
- Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly in incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.

- Clear and precise communication with technical teams and end-users.
- Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in critical situations.
- A problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on efficiency and collaboration.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve incidents swiftly to minimize operational impact.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
- Anticipation of potential issues and proactive measures to prevent them.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills for managing incidents based on urgency.
We Offer:
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Location: metro Feria de Madrid (Madrid).
- Schedule: Weekends and Public Holidays from 7:00 to 19:00. Additional hours to complete the workweek will be scheduled on weekdays. Availability for other shifts is required.
