We’re looking for an entry-level profile to join our Talent Development team, supporting Learning & Development initiatives with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and add real value.


You don’t need previous experience, but you do need curiosity, drive, and a genuine interest in people development.

At Factorial, we don’t just build an HR product - we use it ourselves every day. From the People team, we actively contribute to making sure the way we work internally reflects the quality and scalability we want to offer our customers.


What you’ll do


Training & FUNDAE management



  • Manage the end-to-end operational process of FUNDAE, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation

  • Coordinate training-related tracking, documentation, and follow-ups

  • Support internal learning initiatives from an execution and coordination perspective


Language training coordination



  • Support the management and coordination of the company’s language training program

  • Handle day-to-day requests (group changes, level changes, schedule changes, opt-outs) following the defined process

  • Ensure proper tracking, visibility of request status, and a smooth participant experience


Talent & People processes support



  • Provide operational support during performance review cycles

  • Support the maintenance and updates of job catalogs, role definitions, and learning-related documentation

  • Help keep teams, roles, and organizational structures accurate and up to date within the platform


Factorial used by Factorial



  • Help ensure our internal setup and usage of Factorial is accurate, consistent, and scalable

  • Support the team in maintaining high-quality data and structures so the platform reflects reality

  • Identify improvement opportunities based on internal usage and share insights to help improve the product experience for customers


Talent Development & Engagement team support



  • Support engagement and internal development initiatives within the same team

  • Collaborate on different Talent Development projects as priorities evolve

  • Be a reliable, flexible team player who helps move things forward


What we’re looking for



  • A recent graduate or early-career profile (no prior experience required)

  • Clear interest in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and People topics

  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail

  • Good organizational skills and comfort working with processes and tools

  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment

  • English level B2 or higher, used in daily work
