🎯 About the role


This role is designed for two types of profiles:


  • SDRs / BDRs with previous experience who want better coaching, clearer progression, and higher earning potential
  • Highly motivated career-starters who want to break into sales and are ready to learn fast, work hard, and be coached


Regardless of background, what matters most is attitude, consistency, and execution.


As an SDR at FERO, you’ll be the first point of contact for eCommerce brands and a key driver of our sales pipeline.


💥 What you’ll do


  • Run high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Start conversations and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Qualify prospects and understand their checkout challenges
  • Keep the CRM clean, structured, and up to date
  • Improve week over week through coaching, feedback, and testing
  • Share insights from the market: objections, competitors, and messaging that converts


🧬 Who you are


  • Already an SDR/BDR or someone seriously committed to starting a sales career
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Motivated by targets, numbers, and progression
  • Coachable and open to direct feedback
  • Resilient and consistent—even when results take time
  • Clear, confident, and energetic communicator


🧾 Background (flexible)


  • Previous SDR / BDR experience is welcome
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a strong plus
  • No previous SaaS experience required
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in MADRID

  • Right to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship)
  • Happy to work on-site, 5 days per week
