What You´ll Do
- Supervision and monitoring of technical instructions and aerospace industry standards
- Technical support to the production team
- Translation of engineering designs into plant processes
- Interaction with external suppliers: definition of requirements by line/product
- Support to operators in the daily operations of the production line
- Supervision of product specifications
- Proposal and implementation of technical improvements in the process
- Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- Previous experience in plant production or manufacturing environment (also internship)
- Fluent in Spanish, Upper-Intermediate in English
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Autonomy, determination and individual decision making
- High adaptability and resilience in demanding environments
- open to Location: Montornes del Valles
- open to work on 3 shifts
