Our client, a leading international electrical products company, is looking to appoint a highly motivated Sales Director Spain to strengthen its commercial presence and lead its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior sales leader with proven experience in international environments and a strong track record in driving growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team in Spain.
  • Define and implement the commercial strategy to achieve targets and long-term business objectives.
  • Set and monitor sales goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and market stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales Europe, ensuring alignment with European strategy and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s market position in Spain.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as Sales Director or in a senior commercial leadership role within an international sales environment.
  • Strong background in electrical products, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver results.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
