Role: Sales / Partnerships Manager (Back Office + Field)
- Lead generation & outreach: contacting cafés, health stores, retreats, hotels, and travel agencies.
- Follow-up & closing: manage pipeline in Odoo CRM, schedule visits, close B2B deals.
- Retail activations: coordinate with hotels/agencies to drive people to the Kaicao store.
- Reporting: track KPIs (new accounts, conversion rates, monthly sales).
Goal: Grow B2B distribution + boost foot traffic to Kaicao Lab.
Requirements:
Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory, both written and spoken).
CRM Experience: Confident working with CRM tools (Odoo experience is a plus).
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for outreach and follow-ups.
Organization: Ability to manage pipelines, track leads, and maintain structured databases.
Sales Mindset: Comfortable with outreach, visiting potential clients, and closing deals.
Hospitality / Food Industry Knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a small, growing team.
Flexibility: Able to adapt and support events, tastings, or collaborations when needed.
