Mantracare is looking for empathetic and confident volunteers to support mental health hotlines as part of our EAP programs.

You'll receive training in Psychological First Aid, basic counseling skills, hotline operations, and use of the Mind Mantra App.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or pursuing)

Background in psychology or counseling preferred

Strong empathy and communication skills

Based in Europe or fluent in European languages

Certified training

Real-world mental health experience
