You'll make an impact by

• Integrating and maintaining robust API connections between Siemens' internal systems, using your expertise in Ruby on Rails and Angular to create seamless data flows
• Implementing and overseeing the migration and merging of data models across different domains, ensuring compatibility and efficiency in data sharing
• Contributing to the development and operational maintenance of Siemens' cybersecurity tools, focusing on performance enhancements and security compliance
• Developing comprehensive test strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high software quality
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the scalability and maintainability of software solutions
  
  

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You possess a Master's degree with relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree with several years of experience
• Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience in full stack development, particularly skilled in Ruby on Rails, and familiar with Angular
• Strong capabilities in API integration and database management, including relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Proficient in modern development and operation practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and security best practices for cloud applications
• Strong understanding of use cases and concretization of user stories
• Experience with planning, implementation, and operation of data model migrations and merges
• Ways of Working:
• You demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a SAFe and Agile environment, ensuring scalability and maintainability of applications.
• You are known for your ability to communicate complex technical details effectively in English and work collaboratively in a dynamic, international team environment, aligning closely with your colleagues in adjacent roles
• You use modern software development tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines and follow security best practices for cloud-based applications
• Languages: Proficiency in technical English
