Multinational Healthcare Group is looking for a Group Controlling Manager located in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience as a Financial & Business Controller in an international company. Previous experience in a Big 4 is a plus. Experience managing several countries/ business units, is a plus. Experience involved in investor relations (M&A, fundraising, exits...), will be very desirable. Descripción
Reporting to the CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of group forecasts and annual budget.
- Analyze deviations vs budget / previous month / last year of P&L, Working Capital, Cash Flow and Net Financial Debt.
- Ensure financial reporting compliance with Group's policies and reporting standards.
- Coordination and communication on a regular basis with the local Finance Teams of the different countries of the Group.
- Deliver best-in-class financial reporting, value-added analysis, and decision-support to the business, interpreting key performance drivers and business dynamics to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and improve financial dashboards while reducing complexity and providing valuable insights and conclusions to key stakeholders.
- Lead the development and setup of the financial reporting systems, fueling continuous improvements and training users to ensure maximus usage.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or Master in finance will be considered as a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have +7 years of proven working experience in Finance, with at least 3-5 years' experience as a Financial & Business Controller in an international company.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 and/or accounting, is a plus.
- Experience managing several countries/ business units, is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare sector, will be considered a plus.
- Experience involved in investor relations (M&A, fundraising, exits...), will be very desirable.
- Broad experience analyzing financial statements.
- Experience with the month-end/year end close process and reporting.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement.
- High level of Portuguese will be a plus.
- Proficient in Excel / High level in MS Office.
- Experience working with NetSuite Oracle, will be a plus.
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or similar) will be an advantage.
- AI: Interest in participating and learning about new technologies to implement in the business.
Competences:
- Planning and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze and consolidate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate insights from financials to drive business decisions.
¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
- Salary package: Around 65.000 - 70.000 euros fixed salary + bonus.
