• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business goals.
• Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs .
• Overseeing the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all involved.
• Managing the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
• Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Talent Manager should have:

• Managing: 2 people
• Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
