We’re looking for a Stock Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring that every one of our stores is stocked with the right products, at the right time, to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.

As a Stock Specialist, you’ll work at the heart of our operations, optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory with store needs. Your mission will be to maintain the perfect balance—avoiding both stockouts and excess inventory—and to help our business grow in a sustainable and efficient way.

What will be your responsibilities?

Demand and replenishment planning

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, marketing campaigns, and store sales performance.
• Analyze weekly sales velocity and translate it into clear replenishment decisions (when to order and how much to order).
• Define and manage the replenishment strategy by store and by SKU, taking into account logistics lead times, store capacity, and expected turnover.
  
  

Retail inventory management

• Ensure the continuous availability of bestsellers and top sellers in all stores, acting proactively to avoid stockouts.
• Monitor and optimize stock coverage (weeks of cover) by store and category, balancing availability and inventory efficiency.
• Avoid out-of-stock and overstock situations that negatively impact sales, operations, and customer experience.
  
  

Sales performance and behavior analysis

• Analyze sales performance by store, category, and SKU, identifying behavior patterns and relevant deviations.
• Detect differences in sales pace and turnover between stores to adapt the replenishment strategy.
• Use data analysis and observed in-store behavior to propose improvements in coverage, assortment, and replenishment.
  
  

Collaboration with stores and Area Managers

• Maintain direct and regular contact with stores and Area Managers to understand real needs, incidents, and local particularities.
• Incorporate store feedback (demand, launches, campaigns, incidents) into stock planning and replenishment.
• Act as a point of connection between stores, logistics, and purchasing to ensure proper execution of the stock strategy.
  
  

Data analysis and reporting

• Prepare regular reports on stock coverage, turnover, store performance, and inventory trends.
• Highlight opportunities for improvement and alert to potential risks of stockouts or overstocking.
  
  

Process optimization

• Identify opportunities for improvement in demand planning and inventory management processes.
• Propose and implement tools, methodologies, and best practices that improve operational efficiency.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
• Familiarity with demand planning software, ERP systems, and advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present insights effectively.
