Your mission:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at our B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in graphic design, specifically within a marketing environment. This role requires a creative professional who excels at collaborating with others to maintain and elevate our brand's visual identity, consistently delivering high-quality visual content. Experience in creating engaging video content and presentation design (Google Slides or PowerPoint) is highly desirable.





Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
Maintain and update the visual aspects of our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Design and maintain visually consistent decks and sales presentations (ROI decks, success cases, webinars, etc.) to support marketing and sales efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
Utilize feedback from stakeholders to improve and refine designs and videos.
Work closely with product and sales teams to understand product features and benefits, translating them into compelling visual content.
Uphold and enhance our brand's visual identity, ensuring that all visual elements align with our strategic goals. This includes consistently producing high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audience, strengthens our brand presence, and supports our overall marketing efforts.




Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing tools.
Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video content projects.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to create both static and dynamic content that aligns with marketing strategies.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
English level B2 or higher


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design tasks.
Experience in creating content for various social media platforms and understanding their specific requirements and best practices.
Content video creation for product demonstrations, promotional videos, webinars, social media, and other marketing channels.
