Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Project Associate to join our team. This role involves managing the influx of renewable energy projects on our platform, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of project information, facilitating effective communication between sellers and potential investors, and maintaining high-quality service and relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding of new projects to the platform, ensuring that all listings meet our standards for quality and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation to verify information before projects go live on the marketplace.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for developers (sellers), addressing their queries and concerns promptly to maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any issues related to project listings.
• Facilitate and manage the Q&A process between developers and investors, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
• Monitor and report on the performance of projects on the platform, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on project promotion and investor outreach strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve the platform's offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Willing to learn new digital tools and platforms for project management.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market.
• Proficient in English.
