We’re looking for a Customer Support & Operations Manager, junior profiles welcome, passionate about delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth daily operations for a fast-growing fintech platform transforming financial wellbeing.


Based in Barcelona, you’ll collaborate with international teams to optimize processes, enhance the customer experience, and maintain data accuracy across systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient daily operations and data accuracy (users, shifts, payroll, etc.)
  • Deliver empathetic and effective support to clients and users through multiple help channels
  • Assist the Customer Success team with operational requests and cross-department coordination
  • Act as the customer’s voice, providing valuable feedback to improve the product and user experience
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain high service standards
  • Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to meet SLAs and KPIs
  • Contribute to a customer-centric culture built on quality, agility, and innovation


Required Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus
  • Junior profiles with little experience are welcome
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and work independently
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
