We’re currently looking for an Onboarding Consultant to join our growing team and help us drive impactful change in the sustainability space. If you're passionate about working with clients from various industries and facilitating their adoption of cutting-edge software solutions, we want to hear from you!

As an ESG Onboarding Consultant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and successful onboarding for clients of all sizes—ranging from mid-sized companies to DAX-listed corporations. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team and contribute to continuously improving our onboarding process. You will also help clients implement and leverage our software solutions to comply with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and other ESG compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new and existing clients for ESG solutions, covering EUDR, CSRD, Carbon Footprint Reporting, CBAM Compliance, and other regulatory areas.
• Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring smooth adoption of our software and clear understanding of responsibilities.
• Conduct enablement sessions and address client queries to facilitate seamless integration.
• Work closely with technical experts and external consultancy partners to customize solutions based on specific client needs.
• Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and best practice guides to empower clients in using our software effectively.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to establish strong relationships and ensure long-term client engagement.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience in sustainability consulting or relevant experience in management consulting, supply chain management, or IT project management.
• Strong background in consulting on complex projects, particularly within sustainability, with expertise in supply chain management or IT transformation/implementation.
• Proven ability to navigate challenging client scenarios and manage diverse stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with ESG regulations and frameworks such as EUDR, CSRD, CBAM, or Carbon Footprint Reporting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• A passion for contributing to the growth of a software scale-up within the ESG and sustainability sectors.
• Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1).
