PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Planning and Trading Manager, your main goal will be to support the International Product Departament in the correct management of the product, cover the markets ‘needs and maintain healthy stock levels.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Daily sales follow-up and product analysis to help maximize sales and maintain healthy stock levels.
• Elaboration of Weekly Reports: weekly st%, best & slow sellers, promotion analysis…
• Analysis of the different KPI’s to evaluate the strategies implemented in each market with the goal of improving sales and achieving set objectives.
• Monitoring of stock coverage across the network.
• Follow-up and implementation of promotions: analysis of article´s database, promotion coding, and communication to markets. Coordination with all departments involved in the promotion setup and launch.
• Collecting offeedback in order to understand the needs of the different markets and communicate this to the Buying department in order to adapt the collection to the market´s requirements.
• Monitoring of competitors in terms of price positioning and promotions.
• Resolving daily product-related issues in stores.
• Daily communication and support to the stores and Area Managers, as well as with all the involved Departments.
