Job Description

Collaborate reliably with the Board of Directors/President of the companie ensuring full legal compliance in all activities

• Ensure, stimulate, and oversee a responsible sales and management structure.
• Manage human resources including recruitment to develop.
• Collaborate with external finance and payroll service providers, support proper accounting management within the company, and cooperate with the accounting department.
• Support the employer's marketing activities and e-commerce initiatives.
• Assume the leadership, management, and creative sales responsibilities for all Spanish clients.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient sales service and logistics process, both internally and externally.
• Personally acquire and support key strategic clients, including in-person engagement.
• Analyze and identify market potential within Spain.
• Study the competition and monitor pricing trends in the Spanish market.
• Organize and manage the areas of human resources, sales, administration, preparatory financial accounting, scheduling, purchasing, and warehouse logistics for the employer, including health and safety.
• Optimize operational processes to deliver the most efficient and high-quality customer service.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must possess a practical, communicative, and approachable mindset, with at least a few years of experience in the industry; have clear personal goals; be success-oriented; have a good general business (or technical) background; and have a strong enough personality to assume the role regarding internal and external decisions and human resources management.

Experience in business transformation, taking them from family businesses to international companies.High level of English and adaptability to travel constantly
