Overview

Digitas Wysiwyg is looking for a Junior Art Director to join our creative team. We’re seeking someone who can translate concepts and ideas into powerful, visually engaging executions. This role is perfect for a creative with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative concepts into high-quality graphic designs
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and account teams
• Ensure visual consistency across all deliverables and formats
• Use typography, color, and layout effectively to communicate ideas
• Balance creativity with the practical needs of clients and campaigns
• Contribute to the development of branding, digital assets, and integrated campaigns
• Support the team with design production tasks and presentation mockups
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Strong composition skills and a solid understanding of design principles
• Ability to apply typography and color theory effectively
• A clear understanding that design serves communication and not just personal expression
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to interpret client needs and bring creative ideas to life through design

• Experience with motion design or video editing
• Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus
