About The Role

As an AI Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in deploying and optimizing AI agents within some of the most complex healthcare organizations in the world. You will lead strategic projects from configuration through full-scale production, driving measurable impact for our clients. Your insights will help shape both our external deployments and our internal best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of AI agents on Prosper AI’s platform for US healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
• Partner with clients and internal teams to map administrative workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
• Assess and analyze deployment performance data, identify friction points, and drive continuous process improvement
• Develop and refine internal playbooks and frameworks to make future deployments smarter and faster
• Translate complex operational challenges into actionable strategies, bridging technology and healthcare operations
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex processes to identify where AI can have the biggest impact
• Passionate about the intersection of AI, healthcare, and operations
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and high ownership
• Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, LLMs, process automation tools, or experience with enterprise software deployments
