In this role, you won´t just be building models; you¿ll be the bridge between data science and business transformation. Your day-to-day will involve:

* Designing & Deploying Solutions: Lead the creation of ML and AI solutions for Research & Innovation, Quality, and Sales.
* Model Development: Build and validate advanced models using CatBoost, XGBoost, and Deep Learning for forecasting and recommendations.
* Driving Innovation: Explore the "next big thing," from Generative AI to Reinforcement Learning, to solve complex business challenges.
* Causal Inference: Design experiments and apply causal inference techniques to measure the true impact of our interventions.
* Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with data engineers on scalable architectures and ensure your insights are actionable for stakeholders in Marketing, Ops, and R&I.
* Mentorship: Share your expertise by guiding junior data scientists and championing best practices in coding and model governance

position requisites
- Formación: Grado: Grado en Informática y Servicios
- Idiomas: Inglés: C1
- Conocimientos: python, azure, deep learning, aplicación de modelos de machine learning
- Experiencia: 7 años

We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves to "get their hands dirty" with data.

* Experience: You have over 7 years of experience in Data Science, preferably in a Senior role. Experience in the FMCG industry is a huge plus!.
* Education: You hold an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related field.
* Technical Stack: You are a pro in Python (Pandas, Numpy), Spark, and Git.
* Tools: Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLFlow, and Cloud infrastructure (Azure is a bonus).
* Data Mastery: Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, statistics, and optimization.
* Soft Skills: You can translate complex statistical results into clear stories for any audience and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
* Language: Fluency in English is a must.
