Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible to be based in any of the 4 Southern Europe countries Italy, Spain, Greece or Portugal.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You own and orchestrate the Zone approach to drive clinical excellence of Siemens Healthineers in the Southern Europe Zone
- You lead the responsibility of widening market clinical access and proactively drive value partnerships with key customers in the Southern Europe Zone
- You foster business ventures and innovate across clinical solutions that prompt a country or Business Area impact
- You clinically support Zone Business Leads and Country heads across all customer- or project-specific Zone initiatives
- You support sales teams in providing optimum clinical solutions and clinically-based sales pitches to key customers in the country and drive new opportunities and special projects on the market
- You work actively and closely with external partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and direct customers
Your qualifications and experience:
- You possess a Master’s degree in Medicine or related Medical Science education
- You can count on your experience as Medical Director / Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in hospitals/healthcare providers
- You can demonstrate long-term experience in either a medical device industry or in the healthcare environment
- You are able to cooperate with senior management and cross-organizational stakeholders internally, as well as with external Key Opinion Leaders and external partners
- You have a solid network within the Healthcare industry
- You are able to prioritize and manage multiple special/key projects simultaneously, in close alignment with various stakeholders
- You are comfortable with working autonomously and managing frequent variations in priorities/workload, while also being able to work in teams where effective interpersonal communication and collaboration is required
- You are strong in strategic thinking, paired with excellent analytical skills
- You have a transformational mindset, supported by active stakeholder management & change management capabilities
- You have proven ability to innovate clinical solutions across customers´ business processes and technology solutions and hold meaningful conversations at clinical department level
- Excellent communication and language skills in English and one of the Southern Europe languages is a plus (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek)
