This position is within Siemens SI Buildings Sustainability (SI B SU) and will support the Area Spain and the Digital Service Center (DSC). You will drive business development activities by leveraging Advanced Energy Services strategies and offerings (remote, cloud based, analytics and data driven) while also promoting proven outcomes and performance-driven service contracts. You will also work very closely with the DSC and offer valuable field experience and insight. Working with sales and client service manager resources, you are expected to assist in generating and managing highly qualified digital service opportunities and increase the understanding and value perception of entire SI B service organization digital capabilities, both internally and externally.
Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:
- Primary day-to-day interface for sales activities with SI B’s service sales team, offering expert support to help Sales Executives and Account Managers identify and develop qualified business leads.
- Strategic campaigns in support of business development needs.
- Delivering training and workshops to our field organization to build their 'Digital and Sustainability ' expertise to attract new clients and grow existing clients
- Participate in the development and delivery of demonstrations, live or via webinar, to key decision makers detailing the value of the solution to their business
- Allow SI B to increase its visibility and attain a leadership position for Sustainability Services and Autonomous Building.
- Work with Client Service Managers, Energy Engineers, Operations and the DSC to deliver our commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Energy Engineering or a related field.
- Deep experience and proven track record in Sales with direct customer interaction and business results oriented.
- Account Management as well as New Business Development Experience.
- Strong understanding of Service and Solutions Businesses related to energy efficiency, sustainability and other facility operative improvements.
- Experience with HVAC systems, building control and energy management systems, and building data analytics technologies.
- Knowledge of facility and maintenance operations, capital planning, maintenance budgeting and maintenance best practices.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Availability to travel across Spain and Portugal.
