Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and feedback to the Strategy Analysts/Managers involved in the studies, ensuring as much as possible that each study allows participants to learn and develop their profile.

Provide the deliverables agreed in the project plan, in accordance to best practices, focusing on the quality of delivery and commitment to the internal customer.

Ensure that studies are carried out according to commitments to internal customers.

Present findings and recommendations to appropriate decision groups (BU, ExCom...).

If included in the project's scope, may also be required to supervise the implementation of the proposed recommendation, in close co-operation with the business.

Ensure that customer satisfaction is monitored and kept as high as possible.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in portfolio, product or project management, delivering complex multi-million-pound, business-focussed, change initiatives
• Good situational and contextual intelligence of the organisations climate and how to navigate obstacles and politics
• Ability to balance the long-term ('big picture') and short-term implications of individual decisions and organisational goals
• Demonstrable track record of successful portfolio management in an agile environment
• Understanding of various operating models, such as project-centric and product-centric, as well as different agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks
