The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our data & insights team. Your primary responsibility will be to support business stakeholders with clear and actionable insights using Power Bi/Metabase. You'll play a key role in helping our teams make smarter decisions based on real data.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power Bi/Metabase.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide insights and performance tracking
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and platform trends
• Assist in A/B testing and experiment evaluation
• Ensure data quality and help optimize internal reporting processes

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in a relevant field (e.g. statistics, computer science, economics, or related)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power Bi/Metabase (personal projects or internships are welcome)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a data-driven environment
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Dutch or French is a plus
• Must be based in Madrid and able to travel.
