Role

The business has secured investment from a top 10 global VC firm due to their disruptive products and technologies. As a result, there are multiple headcount available to continue driving the business forward and advance their AI offering.

They have a pipeline of clients waiting for you to deliver products that can change the way they work, willing to give you the creative license to solve their problems through the most cutting-edge technology available.

Lead Data Scientists will be responsible for leading multiple initiatives including product development, releases and strategies initiatives across multiple business areas. You may lead product verticals within Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and more. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of highly skilled scientists through end-to-end product development cycles.

This will be a hybrid role combining both hands-on AI/ML skills and taking on a strategic leadership role collaborating closely with the business’ senior leadership to ensure there is continuity between their vision of the business and the results you and your team are producing.

Requirements

Data Scientists are expected to have in-depth ML/AI knowledge and be able to successfully lead conversation within specific technical topics such as Deep Learning, GenAI or ML Ops.

You will be able to manage multiple projects at the same time in more than one area of the business, whilst being able to understand business prioritisation

You will also have experience mentoring or leading data science teams.

Locations: Barcelona or Madrid. Hybrid working with minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
