Your Role

Your Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in onboarding new clients and creating high-impact PPC campaigns tailored to their marketing goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the onboarding process
- Understand each customers unique objectives and recommend customized solutions
- Drive campaign performance by increasing investment and identifying upsell opportunities
- Engage with a high volume of potential clients through daily phone interactions
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus) or equivalent hands-on experience
- 12 years in sales or digital advertising
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Dutch proficiency at C2 level
- High level of English
- Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid work model based in beautiful Barcelona
