What we look for?

We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in Tableau and SQL,to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management, to join our Data Visualization Competence Center with Tableau and SQL skills to support our transition to a new data platform.

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company.

Work model is hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 days remote working), feel free to apply if you are also open for relocation!

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the current BI landscape, understand business needs, and identify gaps between the legacy and future data environments.
- Read, interpret, troubleshoot, and eventually build or enhance Tableau reports, and work hands-on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of your analysis..
- Building dashboards.

Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline
- 3+ years in a data / BI / business analyst or similar role
- Solid hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data/reporting environments
- Skilled in creating clear, structured documentation
- Ability to understand and communicate data/reporting-related changes and its business impact
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights Data analysis and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiples tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to solving problems
- English at least B2+/C1

Work location: Madrid

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 remote working)
