• First, LEARN. And then the rest…
• Write and run SQL queries to extract and analyse data.
• Support with data entry and data validation tasks.
• Help clean, organise, and maintain our datasets to improve data quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal data-related processes.
• Work closely with the product, operations, and tech teams to make data-driven decisions.

Requirements to work with us… 👌🏼

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and a problem-solving mindset.
• Up-to-date with the latest AI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Proactivity: At Nester we listen to everyone equally, so we need a profile that asks, understands, and proposes improvements.
• Involvement: We are looking for someone who feels the projects as their own.
• Fluent in Catalan or Spanish and English.
