Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microscopy Imaging Specialist based in Madrid. The Microscopy Imaging Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced microscopy and imaging equipment, providing training and support to research staff, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of imaging data. Day-to-day tasks will include imaging sample preparation, conducting imaging experiments, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to scientific publications through image analysis and interpretation.

Qualifications

• Experience in advanced microscopy techniques and image analyais
• Strong Communication skills and ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is highly advantageous
• Experience in a research laboratory setting is a plus
