Role Summary

Stratx is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for a 3–6 month paid internship. Based in Madrid with remote working, this role offers the chance to develop business analysis skills while working on live consulting projects. The successful candidate will support requirements gathering, Agile/Waterfall project delivery, and stakeholder engagement, gaining practical experience in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Contribute to Agile and Waterfall project delivery by tracking and documenting requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and business teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.
• Carry out research and analysis to support project recommendations and strategic insights.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
• Previous academic, internship, or project experience in business analysis or consulting.
• Knowledge of BI tools or data visualisation platforms.
